All Saints
Vicar’s Fun Days - These are aimed at bringing the whole village together. The committee comprises members both from the church and the wider community, and events are actively sponsored by local companies. The money raised goes to support further events in the community from the Vicar’s Tea Party for the over 60s to sport and creative activity days and outings for children aged up to 12 years during the school holidays.
Friends of All Saints’
This registered charity helps care for the fabric of the church, which is a Grade 1 listed building. It has stood for over 900 years, and its site has an even longer history. We run four major fund-raising functions a year, details of which appear in the Sutton Courtenay News.
House Groups
There are daytime and evening House Groups, which meet regularly throughout the year for prayer and fellowship and bible study. We welcome anyone to ‘come and see’.
Women’s Christian Fellowship
We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 2.30 pm. Our programme includes guest speakers, outings and other social events. We also meet for Bible study on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 2.30pm.
Bell Ringing
We meet on Mondays at 7 pm for ringing practice, and at 9.45am on Sundays – those interested in learning to ring are welcome to come along and try.
The Music Group
We sing and play for Evening Praise Services on 4rd Sundays and at Family Services on 1st Sundays.
The Choir
Meets on Fridays - 6.15 pm for the junior choristers, joined at 6.45 pm by the senior choir. We sing at the 10.30am service, and the adults also sing at Evensong on the 2nd Sunday of each month. New members, both adults and children are always welcome.
Junior Church and Crèche
